Lakme Fashion Week is definitely the voice of the season.The Autumn Winter fashion festive 2014 was held at a new venue , Palladium Hotel in Mumbai and continued on an eclectic footing with styles ranging from western street chic to hand-woven desi ensembles.The 5 day long mega-fashion event started off with a bang on Tuesday evening opening with Amit Aggarwal known for his futurtistic ensembles followed by the queen of ultra prints Masaba showcasing her ‘Wanderess’ collection that reflected the free-spirited, gypsy woman with a Goan vibe from the 60s.
The autumn winter fashion festive was truly a glamorous event with all that media attention turning it into a head turning affair attended by the fashion’s well known personalities including designers,stylists,critics,bloggers and offcourse the Bollywood brigade without which no fashion event event is complete in India.
Personally it was an amazing experience to attend this 5 day fashion festive madness that included attending Fashion shows showcasing young enigmatic new talents as well as the very well known big daddies of the Indian Fashion.
