It’s been a while since we last had a chat about hair and the accessories that go with it. The way a person keeps his/her hair is contingent on how they are feeling. It plays a major role in shaping your personality. Therefore it becomes even more important to keep our hair in exquisite condition at all times. They say you’re having a good hair day for no reason.
We all know that washing hair is part of our routine cleanliness drill. However, what concerns us is whether the product we’re putting in our hair would do the job without harming our hair. There is a good scientific explanation to the same wherein the way we choose our toothpaste is by determining the amount of base it has to fight the acid in our mouth, a similar explanation can be given for hair, to get rid of the dust that we get.
So, today we’re giving hair styling tips courtesy Wella products.

Wella has recently come up with their new range of EIMI that was introduced to us by the world-renowned hairstylist Patrick Cameron at the Wella meet-up in Delhi.
There are a number of products under this range, but some of them that especially got our attention were:

It’s a lightweight BB lotion which pampers your locks for smooth and healthy looking strands. It boosts shine and adds extra moisture to the hair, protecting hair from heat styling. - Wella EIMI Root Shoot
This product is a weightless mousse which helps add volume to the hair and gives it a weightless lift. - Wella EIMI Dry Me
A great product for a bad hair day. It makes the hair less oily giving it volume and imparting a fresh matte texture to the hair and saving you from the hassle of washing your hair.
Deriving inspiration from eclectic ideas, we planned two unconventional looks for this season.
On Shivi, you can see the rocker chic look, where she did a French braid on one side and kept the other side voluminous. As her hair wasn’t washed so before starting with her hairdo we used Wella EIMI Dry Me spray, and it totally worked wonders and saved her from the hassle of washing her hair and her hair was as good as freshly washed, sigh! What a life savior!
Next, the EIMI Root Shoot helps you get the volume you have always wanted. All you need to do is spray it directly on the roots & style your hair. So to give the other side of her hair that voluminous look we used Wella EIMI Root Shoot and trust us it just set her hair perfect!
On me, we did a European style braided bun with some tiny embellishes. For my hairdo, we wanted a smooth surface on top for which we required a smoothening serum.
Wella EIMI Perfect Me is a foundation / BB Cream for your hair which imparts a smooth surface to style your hair & protect your tresses from heat tools. All you need is few pumps of this product before you style your hair & you’re good to go.

Also, if it’s a beach wedding and you don’t really want much embellishes in your hairdo you can also use a bandana to tie around the hairdo.
